Due to the nature of money transfers, once a transaction has been successfully completed and the recipient has received the funds, refunds are generally not possible unless specific conditions are met.

Eligibility for Refunds

A refund may only be processed if all of the following conditions are met:

• The recipient agrees to repay the full amount originally received.
• The recipient successfully returns the funds to Daddy Transfers using an approved repayment method.
• Daddy Transfers confirms receipt of the returned funds from the recipient in full.

Once these conditions have been verified, Daddy Transfers will process a refund to the original sender using the original payment method whenever possible.

Non-Refundable Transactions

Refunds will not be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• If the recipient does not repay the funds in full.
• If the recipient partially repays the funds (partial refunds are not permitted).
• If the sender requests a refund before the recipient has returned the funds.
• If the sender provides incorrect recipient details that result in funds being delivered to the wrong person and the recipient does not voluntarily repay the funds.

Processing Time

Once the refund eligibility conditions are met and Daddy Transfers confirms receipt of the repaid funds, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction. Please note that your financial institution may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
